Meet Mark Storch
A native of Tampa and a graduate of Tampa Catholic High School in 1980, Mark and his family formed Storch & Sons Seafood, marketing retail, wholesale and to restaurants. The family sold the business in 1997, and Mark has been in the real estate industry since then. A State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser since 1998, Mark worked with the second largest appraisal firm in Tampa for 10 years as a staff appraiser and supervisor, and trained many appraisers in the industry today. FHA and VA certified, he became an independent appraiser in 2007. With over 4000 properties appraised in the past 15 years, and as a Realtor since 2010, Mark is well versed in all aspects of residential real estate, including vacant land, condominiums, and single family homes, valued up to several million dollars. Mark joined Mihara and Associates in 2011. His vast knowledge of the real estate industry is matched by few.
