Alex Pinzkoski is not just a simple Realtor, he is "The guy" you can count on to find the best house in the best price. He is very patient and smart to understand your needs, driving you to the right places, which will save a lot of time. He is very honest giving valuable comments and suggestions. Lawyer background, good relations with the seller and good negotiation skills make us save a good amount of money. Last but not least, he will not abandon you. In our case, even after the closing, he helped us to get few things done with seller/constructor. Thanks Alex for the great Job you did for us. We are very happy in our new house!

Ray sold our house in a matter of hours, at top price. Our first showing was at 5:00 p.m. and the contract was signed by 8:00 p.m. He had buyers in mind before we even had an open house. We took his advice on which improvements both to do and skip, and we ended up saving money that we might have wasted on improvements we didn't need to do. Very satisfied with Mr. Mihara.

I am active duty military and purchased a home using a different realtor. Oscar Contreras was the seller's realtor. Due to my job and work schedule most of my transaction was done via phone and email. After the inspection there were repairs to be done. My realtor organized the repairs and supposedly had inspected them. After moving into my home I found a couple of the items had not been completed. Attempts to contact my realtor failed as my realtor had moved out of the state. I was out nearly $1000.00 and I was not pleased about it. As a last shot I contacted Oscar. Although he was not my realtor and had no obligation whatsoever to help me, he did. He got in touch with my realtor and kept me up to date on the progress. Over the course of several days he was able to encourage my realtor to do the right thing and reimburse me. Had it not been for Oscar's intervention I am certain I never would have received the reimbursement. Again, Oscar did this all because he felt it was the right thing to do, he didn't receive anymore money. He volunteered his spare time to help a complete stranger. If I every bought or sold real estate in this area again, Oscar would be at the top of my list to hire as my real estate agent. I think his conduct in this situation was clear evidence of his character as a person. Thank you!

Hace mas de un a?o lo conoci pero aun no estaba preaprobada para mi casa y el me indico todo el proceso de compra de una casa, segui los pasos que me recomendo y hoy ya estoy disfrutando de mi casa en Northdale. Siempre contesto mis llamadas, siempre amable y en tiempo. La negociacion con el realtor vendedor fue bastante desagradable y frustrante pero Wayne estuvo siempre atento y listo a ayudar y explicar. Se ha esforzado de inicio a fin para que mi madre y yo estemos contentos con nuestra nueva casa y estamos muy contentos con la casa y con la atencion que nos dio Wayne. We contacted Ray when we received a letter in the mail detailing recent sales he had made in our neighborhood of Country Place. We had been holding onto our rental property as the market was very bad when we moved. We had been losing money for several years and really wanted to sell. Ray assured me he could sell our house quickly and we would not suffer a loss. True to his word, Ray had a contract for us within 3 days of us listing the property. He was extremely helpful and responsive to all my questions, even with the 4 hour time difference. We closed in less than two weeks and we couldn't be happier to be out from under that burden. If we ever decide to buy again Ray will definitely be our first call.
