Ray is the only Realtor I will ever use! Ray possesses a vast knowledge of the real estate market and his level of service is unmatched. In 2007, Ray listed my home and had a contract on it in 6 days while simultaneously helping me with the purchase of my townhome. Fast forward to 2015, when I came across the most amazing house ever and called Ray who got me in to see the house the very next day. There were 20+ offers on the table but with his strong negotiating skills Ray was able to close the deal and I moved in to the house of my dreams in less than 30 days from the offer date (23 days to be exact). Ray is extremely responsive, knowledgeable and overall just a great guy! Ray is the guy you want on your side no matter what! It is always a pleasure working with Ray and without a doubt I will always recommend him to anyone who is looking for a Realtor.

Having Ray Mihara list and sell our house in Tampa was a highly satisfying experience. He was particularly helpful because, as a second home, we were not always around when some issues had to be dealt with.
