A licensed Broker Associate, as well as an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Jan began her real estate career in Kansas City, Mo.  Within two years of becoming a Realtor, Jan was asked to be the relocation director of a major KC real estate company.  When Jan changed companies in KC, the relocation group followed her, and she successfully managed the relocation listings and assisted many transferring families in their search for homes.  Jan followed her husband, Jerry, to Florida when he was transferred to the Tampa Bay area. She quickly established herself in the real estate market, being a multi-million dollar producer for over 20 years, and successfully managed a real estate company for 4 years, while maintaining her own production level.  Jan's husband has joined her in real estate and brings his sales experience to the team. Jan considers her friendships and many referrals from past buyers and sellers to be her greatest gift in her professional life. 

Mike's background includes serving five years of active duty in the Air Force followed by two additional years in the active reserve. With an MBA degree and 17 years of experience in sales and financial management at Verizon’s corporate offices, Mike transitioned into the real estate industry in 2000 buying and selling real estate in the Tampa Bay area. Mike earned the prestigious GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute) designation. He has built an impressive real estate portfolio, and his expertise spans across multiple facets of the real estate market, including purchasing, managing, and selling both long-term multiple rental properties, and short term flips. Being a third generation native and growing up and attending schools and college in the Tampa Bay area, Barbara has a real feel for the area. She has witnessed the growth of our population, development of our schools, expansion of our roads, bridges and shopping malls, and proliferation of our sports and cultural achievements. Her background includes serving as Vice President of Flair Homes, where she coordinated the various stages from financing, permitting, and draws to the move-in for the new homeowner. She previously served as a vice president at Florida Federal, which at that time was one of the largest banks in Florida. There she supervised three offices and managed all operations from deposits to lending. She was also instrumental in opening Bay Federal, where she served as Senior Vice President with responsibilities for lending. In the mid 1970s, while still employed in banking, Barbara obtained her Florida real estate license because her job dealt heavily with real estate matters. She became a full-time Realtor in the mid 1980s and is a consistent multimillion-dollar sales producer. While she focuses on residential properties, her experience also includes sales of commercial properties, such as professional offices, warehouses, and large acreage.

After earning a bachelor's degree in secondary education from Buffalo State College in 1992, Mark became a social studies teacher and a high school ice hockey coach in the Buffalo area. He also served as a volunteer coach for various youth sports teams and for the Special Olympics. Moving to Tampa in 1994, Mark spent the next six years teaching special education.
