Ilene was born and raised in Tampa. She worked for Tampa Shriners for 8 years as Director of Hospitality. Hosting events and providing outstanding service was always a priority. Then for 2 years she was a stay-at-home mom enjoying the fast paced moments of her babies growing up, after which she decided she was ready to pursue a career as a Realtor and get back in the industry of helping people find something they love. Ilene and her sister Vanessa started their Realtor journey together as a team. Ilene has a very easygoing and bubbly personality, is easy to get along with, and strives to please clients. Jon was born and raised on Long Island, NY and has lived in Land O' Lakes since 2005. After completing his BS Degree in Psychology, he went on to hold various roles until settling into Healthcare Information Technology. But Jon also developed a passion for real estate and investing, which fit well with two of his strengths- customer service, which has always been a priority in everything he has done, and his analytical skills with an attention to detail. In his off time Jon has spent many hours volunteering with scouting, as he is an Eagle Scout himself. He also volunteers with youth sports, as well as other community organizations. In addition, Jon enjoys fantasy football, sports, travel, camping and spending time with his family and friends. He is married to the love of his life and real estate partner, Linda, and they have three children.

Linda grew up between Long Island, NY, and the Poconos in PA, and has called Land O' Lakes home for half of her life. Licensed since 2018, Linda brings her BS in Hotel, Restaurant & Tourism Management and her sales and marketing experience to her real estate career. She enjoys volunteering in the community, reading, camping, hiking, and making the complex easy for her clients as they navigate their next big move. Linda is married with three children and comes from a large family. She shares her home with a rescue dog and two cats.

Dan is a long time resident of Tampa Bay, where he graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration. Dan has a background in finance as a mortgage broker and as a stockbroker, and he enjoys helping people reach their financial goals, which includes homeownership, one of the largest financial purchases most people will make in a lifetime. In his free time he enjoys music and local sports, and he is an active member of his church. Married with three sons, Dan loves people in general and loves helping them reach their goals. With an Associate of Science in Nursing degree, Stacy has worked in the healthcare sector, first as a certified nursing assistant in the intensive care unit at Cape Coral Hospital and then as registered nurse on the progressive care unit at Florida Hospital Tampa.
