Lisa Marie Carroll
Lisa Marie Carroll is a Tampa Bay REALTOR® and real estate team leader with more than 30 years of experience helping buyers and sellers throughout the Tampa Bay area. She began her real estate career in 1993, earning Rookie of the Year honors with Century 21, and has since built a long-standing career serving clients across Pasco, Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Hernando counties.
As founder and leader of Team TLC – Mihara & Associates, Lisa specializes in residential real estate, home sales, home buying, relocation, and helping clients navigate the changing Tampa Bay housing market. Her team serves communities throughout the region, including Land O’ Lakes, Lutz, Wesley Chapel, Tampa, Odessa, Trinity, New Port Richey, Spring Hill, and surrounding areas.
Lisa has extensive experience working with both buyers and sellers, from first-time homebuyers and relocating families to longtime homeowners preparing to sell. She is known for her straightforward advice, strong communication, market knowledge, and commitment to helping clients make confident real estate decisions.
A significant portion of Lisa’s business comes from repeat clients and referrals, reflecting the relationships she has built throughout more than three decades in Tampa Bay real estate. She has also owned and operated a real estate company, managed investment properties, and mentored real estate professionals throughout her career.
Today, Lisa leads Team TLC alongside a group of experienced Tampa Bay real estate agents, including members of her own family. The team combines local market expertise, modern real estate marketing, video, online search, and personalized service to help Tampa Bay homeowners sell their homes and help buyers find the right property.
