Amanda was a Realtor for 10 years before joining Mihara & Associates. Her journey started as a New Home Consultant with Lennar Homes. After having her second child, she decided to pursue General Real Estate to allow more flexibility. She was with Charles Rutenberg (Clearwater Office) for 5 years, where she was responsible for the sale of 48 homes worth over $13 million. She then joined M&A. Over the years Amanda has learned the importance of the construction process, mortgage process, closing process, and most importantly customer service. She is quite knowledgeable with respect to relevant federal and local laws regarding real estate. She possesses excellent interpersonal communication skills, and has honed her skills in areas such as drafting of contracts, negotiation and mediation, networking, and effective utilization of marketing strategies. In summary, Amanda has gained the knowledge and skills to become a proficient, resourceful, and successful Realtor. She strives to make quality service her number one priority; and as a result, her clients have rewarded her with referrals. In her time off, she enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, one foster child, two dogs and a cat. She loves camping with the family, getting lost in a good book, and strengthening her mind and body through Pilates.
