Bob has an extensive background pertaining to real estate. In New Hampshire he was a Licensed Real Estate Broker for 17 years and on the State of New Hampshire Real Estate Board of Directors for 2 years. He was also President of Cornerstone Bank and Holding Company for 23 years. At Cornerstone his responsibilities included oversight in all lending areas, including commercial and residential mortgages, sale of single-family portfolios into the secondary mortgage market, as well as all residential single-family builder originated lending to include approval of all contractors and on site inspections and disbursements for all projects. In Florida, for 5 years Bob was a top selling Realtor in Naples. For 3 years he was a Senior Financial Investigator in the Department of Revenue, State of Florida, responsible for Collier County. He also held a Florida Mortgage Broker's license and was Owner/President of GRS Financial Services from 1997 to 2022.
