Derek grew up alongside his brother, Ray Mihara in New York.  At a young age Derek developed a strong work ethic and team-first mindset through years of playing hockey.  He attended SUNY Fredonia before launching his real estate career in Buffalo.

Derek later made the move to Tampa, FL, where he built a strong client base and continued growing his business. With experience in multiple markets, he brings a well-rounded perspective and a genuine passion for helping people find the right place to call home.
