Jessica Meiczinger

Jessica is a local REALTOR® serving Land O' Lakes, Lutz, Wesley Chapel, and the Greater Tampa Bay area. With a passion for helping people, she takes the time to listen, understand her clients' goals, and guide them through every step of the buying or selling process.

A longtime Florida resident, Jessica grew up in Tarpon Springs, earned her Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida (Go Knights!), and has called the Land O' Lakes area home since the early 2000s. Before real estate, she owned Simply Divine Events, a successful event planning company for over 20 years, building a reputation for exceptional service, organization and long lasting relationships. She also has experience in the residential construction industry, providing her with firsthand knowledge of new home construction and remodeling.

Outside of work, Jessica loves adventure—whether it's hiking, camping, spending time on the water. She also enjoys making memories with her husband, their two children, and their four-legged family members and giving back to her community.
