Lisa Marie Carroll

Lisa Marie Carroll has been helping buyers and sellers navigate the Tampa Bay real estate market since 1993. After earning Rookie of the Year honors in her first year with Century 21, she went on to build a successful career that includes owning and operating her own real estate company, managing investment properties, and consistently delivering results for her clients.


With more than 30 years of experience, Lisa is known for her professionalism, strong communication, and dedication to client service. She now leads Team TLC, mentoring and supporting a team of real estate professionals, including her sons, as they continue a family legacy of helping people move forward with confidence.


A large portion of Lisa’s business comes from repeat clients and referrals, a testament to the relationships she has built over decades in the community. While her husband Tim has since retired from real estate, the values they built together continue to shape the culture of Team TLC today.


Lisa remains passionate about serving others, staying active, and continuing to grow both personally and professionally. Outside of real estate, she enjoys painting, traveling, fitness, and spending time with her family.
